Spot the diagnosis

22yr old boy Nazir (original name hidden) came with a complain of thinning of his left hand along with weakness. History revealed a blast injury by a cracker at the level of medial aspect of arm lower end and upper medial boarder of forearm.

On detailed investigation I could find increased sensitivity along with 2+ mmt grading for flexars of forearm. I am suspecting ulnar nerve involvement too.
